2. Data minimisation by design

werbero.com is a purely static website. We set no cookies, embed no tracking services and load no external fonts or CDNs. All fonts and images are served from our own server. No profiling takes place and no data is passed to third parties.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, our host automatically processes information transmitted by your browser, known as server log files: the page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and a shortened form of your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the site. This data is not merged with other sources and is deleted after seven days at the latest.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider inside the European Union. The host processes the log file data described above on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Note on WhatsApp: using the WhatsApp contact takes you to a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. We have no influence over the data processing that takes place there; WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply. A click on the contact button is required, simply visiting this page does not establish any connection to WhatsApp.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) at any time. Please write to info@nextao.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
